The man that came to service my AC unit was efficient, informative and very helpful. The person that came to service my AC was unable to do a few things and stated that someone else would do these things, leak check, p-trap and drain cap. Unfortunately I haven’t heard anything from the company and my warranty company stated that should have been addressed by the serviceman that came to my house to to do the original service with his company (Sears). When I called nobody except robotic technician and I wasn’t able to address this problem. I would like someone from this company to reach so my AC doesn’t have anymore problems since the original issue wasn’t completed. I appreciate help with this situation.
