So along comes a HVAC Tech who is actually committed to “seeing to it” that his customer is fully informed and understands his process and assessment, and equally the HVAC lingo specific my ‘dying coils’ and near 810 degrees indoor temperature. And let me not forget —he did not judge me for the pile of linens and stuff in the laundry and mostly clean dishes piled in the sinks! lol! Great job all around; shared what he knows and did over state what could/would be done or commit his company to a service promise that they couldn’t meet! 5/5 should be 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Mr. J. Very professional. The guys from Sears repair are always top notch. I do not like it when you outsource to other companies. Wright's Appliance made my washing machine worse!
