Problem remains
Very polite and professional. I explained problem with knocking noise, told him it was the ice maker. He defrosted the freezer but did not wipe down the rails afterwards. I reloaded the freezer, closed with no problem. Went to open it a couple of hours later and it was frozen shut. The damp rails froze up. I eventually got the door open. Next day, knocking is back. Sent a text that problem was not solved, no response.
