The job itself was unnecessarily complicated for a number of factors out of the Technician’s control. He was patient, took a lot of time to explain everything, and stuck with it until the job was done.

Our service technicians Emanuel was fantastic! We really appreciated his kindness and discussion on the issues of our appliances! Please note that the AI Assistant is HIGHLY unnecessary. Communication with the tech was better and honestly all that is needed to fulfill the service. The AI Assistant added a barrier and DID NOT improve the experience. I strongly urge you to get rid of it and save on operation costs!!!

Susie did an excellent job as she was straightforward and friendly. Not only did she do the job on time, but took the time to explain the issue that occurred with the failed appliances. She doubled check before leaving verifying the appliances are back in service.
