Unfortunately never showed up. Never completed. Shouldn’t have been charged ordered by Forst American Hone Warranty. It would have been less expensive to get a new microwave. A new appointment was rescheduled and Rene did an excellent job communicating with me. He informed me that the parts were not what he needed and the part needed is no longer manufactured. He recommended replacing the microwave.
