Sears technician was very knowledgeable regarding my microwave. Although the call was to fix microwave not heating. When Louis put water in to heat it did heat . He tried several times to heat water and each time it heated . Louis said to try heating things for at least a week to see if I could get it to not heat. If it stopped heating again , call the home warrenty and tell them what is happening.

I think all the repairmen I have delt with are polite and competent. The main weakness is that the AI system leaves much to be desired. Also, scheduling service between 8 AM and 5 PM won't work for many people. Even with these drawbacks, I intend to stay with Sears Warranty.
