Great technician
We recently had an issue with our refrigerator, and Huy provided outstanding service throughout the process. During his initial visit, he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. Unfortunately, when the parts arrived, a different technician was sent to complete the repair. The experience was very disappointing, as he was unable to finish the job, left the refrigerator disassembled, and left parts and screws scattered on the kitchen counter. He also became frustrated and unprofessional during the visit. After contacting Sears again, they thankfully sent Huy back to resolve the issue. He was able to quickly figure everything out and complete the repair without any problems. Huy was knowledgeable, skilled, respectful, and professional from start to finish. His expertise and customer service were truly exceptional. Huy absolutely deserves 5 stars, and we greatly appreciate his help.
