Phone orders preferred, good service!
I would have preferred to make my service appointment over the phone. I live in the country and my email service is not 100% reliable. It was ok this time, but sometimes does not go through or it takes days to receive. Victor was very polite and found our problem really quick. He called and arrived on time.
