We requested home service for a 17 year old LG front load washing machine. Sears provided updated arrival times for appointment via text. Repairman called same day with expected arrival time and arrived within a 20 min window. Repairman was friendly and knowledgeable. Once the problem was diagnosed, it was discovered that the parts were no longer manufactured. Although the repairman was not able to order parts and repair the machine, he was able to provide enough answers to questions I asked for regarding his opinion on brand comparisons, front load vs top load, and ease of repair (from his perspective as a repairman), so that I could make an informed purchase of a new machine. Yay Sears for prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
