Great technician - Horrible scheduling by company
Jimmy did a freakin and was very apologetic for the scheduling issues. The AI system cancelled us 4 times after waiting all day for us to reschedule. Had 2 no shows and sent me texts twice to schedule but then won't let me schedule the dates. Over a month to get our refrigerator back to working
