Both technicians we very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would have preferred having the same technician for both visits. I have had two visits and still my microwave has not been repaired, pending approval from CHW. Obviously not a problem with Sears.

Francisco was here to work on frig. He arrived early in the day, which was great. The problem with the control panel, he fixed by knowing exactly what to do. The problem in the freezer with the ice build up on the back wall and around the ice maker took him a little longer. He literally took the ice maker apart and found the problem - a hose was not staying where it should, which allowed the water to overflow in the freezer. He cleaned all the ice off the wall and the ice maker & found a way to be sure the hose stayed where it is supposed to be. He put everything back where it belonged and clean up everything. Today Francisco demonstrated the type of workmanship & customer service employers wish all their employees possessed. I hope all our appliances continue to run with no problems, but should a problem develop Francisco would be at the top of our list of who we would like to come check it out.

1. Able was able to fix the dryer and it works fabulously. 2. Abel was unable to repair the refrigerator because the parts never arrived from Sears. NOW I have to wait another 10 days before my refrigerator will be repaired.
