Trevor was great! He fixed our A/C and was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us informed before the repair and during. He even spent a couple minutes helping our fur baby feel comfortable with him coming in and out. Would definitely recommend him! If they (Sears) would fix their AI communication process, it would be helpful. I was unable to reach a live person no matter what number I called or what options I pushed. AI isn’t able to handle “everything” yet… so there should be an option to reach someone. This was through my home warranty so I am unable to speak to pricing but I feel confident that with the work he did, it probably would have been worth it!
