He was very informative and explained in detail what was happening with our unit. We have a home warranty that charges 150 per claim besides our monthly premium. The warranty did not cover for him to clean the coils which is what he did. I was charged 70 for the cleaning of our air conditioner.

Sears Home Service Technician, Billy*, came out the same day I called in a claim to my home warranty company. Within 2 minutes of unscrewing a plate inside of my AC unit, he discovered a disconnected wire, left by a technician who had come out last week to fix the heating function of my unit. Billy was cordial and professional and waited for me to check that both my heating and cooling functions were working properly. He even replaced a screw that the previous technician had not replaced when they took off the plate covering the wires. The only complaint I have about the $75 home warranty deductible charge is that I had to pay this a second time to correct the problem caused by the first company--also sent by my home warranty company.
