4 appliance repairs
Christopher was excellent and efficient. My only complaint isn't with Christopher, it is the amount of texts, phone calls and emails received from the AI system. I had 4 work orders and I received multiple communications on each.

Repair person
Cameron was very polite and respectful got our washer fixed. On the other hand Sears in general is a very big disappointment. My washer has been broken since the beginning of March and now just got repaired. After several, and I mean several cancelation by Sears it was fixed by him. They waited till the last minute to cancel and kept promise they would show up and then cancel. I have a disabled wife and two kids, tring to go to a laundry mat to wash clothes and to take care of her was almost impossible. Thank you Kameron for getting or washer fixed but Sears can jump of a cliff as far as I'm concerned, to put it nicely. Oh yeah you can't even call them to get a human to respond to you, no wonder there store went out of business.

Victor C Rating
Victor C returned to determine the cause of a malfunctioning new replacement part that was installed on 15 May. He is a highly knowledgeable technician and it appears that the malfunctioning part has been repaired and the Jenn Air double wall oven is working properly. Victor advised that if the problem returns, that we should video the incident so that any returning technician can gain a clearer understanding of the malfunction. Thank you for sending this fine employee who is very personable and proficient.
