The technician was great, but your parts process is horrible. The part needs ro be sent to the homeowner as I had a technician come a week early from my scheduled appt. I tried using your AI bot which is an absolute dumpster fire. It couldn't find my service call and then asked if I was satisfied...no I was not satisfied. Put humans back to work, so they can look things up and answer questions

Fabulous and Real Service from David. Took way too long to get the part in for my oven when I could have ordered the same part on Amazon for next day delivery. HOWEVER!!! Service and Tech were fantastic- trusted him and his judgement, trusted him to be in our home. Hope he is always our tech any time we need appliance service in the future.

The work was finally completed today on my washer, for that I am grateful! My washer has been out since later April. 3 appointments have been made, they only come to Kingstree every 2 weeks! I will never purchase another appliance from Lowe’s! Not only has it been over a month, the invoice cost was $ 840. Just insane, but again I am grateful for the wonderful service today!!

Getting service was a headache. Dealing with AI. When the service man came, he did a great job. He knew what was the problem, fixed it, and was on his way. Lee had been to my house before.
