Techs, were great and professional, not sure what happened as I set repair date on phone on June 26. Then several text to update service date. I had someone available on July 6, received a text stating my service tech was on their way!!!! Nothing more called no human then saw on tracking that service needed to be rescheduled. Now 2 days of my guest waiting. Today he came at 3 when sight said he would arrive at 1130! Glad he called to confirm parts were available, that was at 1030, he gave a correct time. Techs awesome communication poor
