Terrence was at our home at the time slot we were given. He was very friendly and very helpful. He found our problem with our refrigerator in no time. After finding out the cost for the part and the cost to repair it, we decided to purchase a new refrigerator. Should we have repaired it, we may have needed another part which would have been even more expense. Terrence was very honest and very knowledgeable. He is an expert in his area. Our refrigerator was six years old and our warranty had expired 9 months ago. Terrence came shortly after our refrigerator quit working to check it for us. We have yet to hear from a repairman from the brand our refrigerator was. We were so grateful that he came shortly after our refrigerator quit, so we could decide which route to go.
