I didn’t know that Sear’s still had an appliance repair division until my GE washing machine had a fault. I have a warranty with Domestic & General and they sent a technician in record time. Because I was able to show the first technician pictures of the exterior part that was malfunctioning, he was able to order it without any problems. The technician, who came within record time of the part being delivered, was just as competent as the first technician. I have nothing but praise for Sear’s and Domestic & General!

Clifford was awesome. He was very respectful, hard working, knew what what he was doing. He did such a great job of explaining what was wrong and ordering the parts. I really appreciate everything he has done for us in the repair of our GE washer.
