Richard. Came out the next day. He was experienced. Diagnosed the problem right away. Unfortunately he did not have the belt right away. It was shipped to me the next day . Unfortunately I didn’t know how to contact you to let you know it was here. I had to wait a few more days for him to come out. But all went in quickly and all is great. I will definitely use sears again.
