Charles repaired the washing machine & was fantastic! BUT, THE RIDICULOUS NUMBER OF TIMES THE APPOINTMENT WAS RE-SCHEDULED WAS INSANE!! This went on since September...SEPTEMBER!! We literally had to purchase anothe washing machine!
