Steven was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. All my services were covered under the protection plan. He explained the changes in the protection plan renewal. The preventive maintenance program provided for zero cost for this service. I shared that I was interested in renewal but the AI agent could not assist me and I have not been able to speak with a live human being agent. The system does not provide a live agent and the AI system is inadequate. If anyone from Sears actually reads this, they need to call me about renewal.
