Jeffrey was well knowledgeable and when he figured out what was wrong, it wasn't worth me getting the part because I could buy a new washing machine. My washing machine is only a year and a half old and I can't believe that's what parts cost. Never will buy a Whirlpool again.

Malfunction with control panel on a less than a year old refrigerator. Contact to set up appointment was frustrating - no humans at all. Initial appointment canceled - again unable to speak with an actual human. Had to wait whole week for another appointment- thankfully fridge still worked just wouldn’t stop beeping - finally a tech called and he was great, showed up, professional, ordered part and showed up the following week to repair. Technician was great - the process was horrible.
