PLEASE READ …The technician was 10 out of 10. Absolutely amazing. I wish I could rate the technician and the overall experience separately. The 100% AI scheduling process was an absolute Nightmare that lasted almost a month. I had the repair part that was needed to finish my repair for 2 1/2 weeks yet they still kept on trying to cancel my repair appointment and reschedule it another week out because they said that I didn’t have the part. I was never able to speak to a human. Three times they confirmed my scheduled appointment for the next day but then sometime overnight and this last time at 6:32 in the morning decided to cancel my appointment and reschedule it for another week out. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of them in time for this last rescheduling and my appointment was still available for the same day. I had two separate technicians come out over this whole process, and as I said before, both technicians were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, did a good job, left the area clean, and a delight to speak with, especially after countless messages with the AI system. If I didn’t worry about hurting the technicians, I would make this review for the company a 1 star. The five stars are for the humans only!!!!!
