Stephen is amazing. He goes above and beyond. He was really careful not to break anything while fixing my GE profile washer displaying H2O error code (slightly over 1 year old washer). He brought wooden blocks to make sure the washer pan is not damaged. The other technicians who came before did not do that. I was afraid the other technicians were going to break the pan. However, Stephen took his time to move the washer to perform the repair. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Another company came three times to fix the issue but they could not. Since the ticket was submitted to Sears to handle the repair by my home warranty company, Sears tried fixing it fast and timely and kept us fully informed about the upcoming appointments. Really pleased with the service.
