Technician was on time ,called me before they got here and when they got here. The technician had an apprentice with him, which I thought was pretty cool because he was explaining to him everything that was wrong with the washer and had him also work on the washer as well. Thank you for your great customer service. Have a great 4th of July.

Your tech was great, extremely skilled… but your labor costs were a bit much. $450 to install a $70 part after identifying the issue in 15 minutes. And the repair was less than 30 minutes. Will look elsewhere in the future. You can shear a sheep many times, but you can only skin him once.
