Excellent Service
Stephen is amazing. He goes above and beyond. He was really careful not to break anything while fixing my GE profile washer displaying H2O error code (slightly over 1 year old washer). He brought wooden blocks to make sure the washer pan is not damaged. The other technicians who came before did not do that. I was afraid the other technicians were careless. However, Stephen took his time to move the washer to perform the repair. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had problem with my GE Profile washer - H2O Supply error. Another company came three time to fix the issue but they could not. Since the ticket was submitted to Sears to handle the repair by my home warranty company, Sears tried fixing it fast and timely and kept us fully informed about the upcoming appointment. Really pleased with the service.

Washer repair
Glenn did a very good job and explained what I should do if it happens again. My only complaint was that on 3 separate occasions I was asked to enroll in a warranty program for my appliances. While I recognize the value in a program like this I said on 3 separate occasions that I couldn't afford a program like this due to being on a fixed income. Once I declined that should have been the end of it.
