My service specialist was Darrin D. and I was happy to see him. I have had him as a technician before and I know that I am going to get my best service from him. He is a competent technician and also conscientious. He explains what he has found and what can be done to fix it. In this case the machine operated when he tried it. He did not charge a repair cost and went through a lot to reinstate a maintenance plan for me which had lapsed. He is personable and capable.
