Great diagnostic method. I followed his progress and he explained each test. Unfortunately, the pump replacement was the result and the cost for repair was not the best choice for us. He offered Sears a home service contract and explained the advantages but at our age we felt it was not the best choice for us. We would use Sears again for a diagnostic. Technician knew what he was doing, was tidy and efficient throughout the process.

Jeb was very helpful, attempting to save an un-saveable microwave. He effectively identified the problems, secured parts as needed to hopefully fix the problems. When it became apparent that there were more problems than originally thought, parts were returned, money refunded and buying a new oven became the only way to take care of our problem. Throughout all of that, including two repair visits to our home, Jeb was professional, courteous and great to work with.
