He did the best he could. The machine is a baffling, temperamental and very sensitive piece of work. I have had so many issues with with it and its newer technology that all the research I did and Donald’s expertise, it has yet to be figured out. Many, many bugs in GE washer dryer combo. He did recommend doing video of what occurs during cycle to help him for future reference.
