Pat is the best!
I was happy to end this experience with an experienced tech. Up to now it has been just this side of inhuman. Well - that's due to AI, actually. Not a human to be found. We had no shows due to AI. We had a tech scheduled to come between 4pm and 1am. Trying to reach anyone by phone - forget that. Four numbers for Sears service found online - none works. It's clear you've trotted out AI when it's not ready and you are using all of us as beta testers. So for the boneheads who made that decision at corporate - zero stars! But Pat? The best. He deserves a raise.
