Stove Tech
The tech that came to home for the repair on our GE oven was Steller young man and very polite to us as we are older and have a hard time with keeping up with the new equipment and understanding how these things work, he was very helpful . We enjoyed having him hear very much & he is a extremely good person to have on your team. Mr & Mrs Hernandez

Tech was great.
Luis was reliable and had great communication. The company is a nightmare. I felt sorry for the employee and actually offered him a job. There is zero accountability and they never fixed my issue and each service call it was something else. One thing.. next thing… still not working. You can't talk to a live body and the AI is a nightmare. I do not recommend this service company at all! Cheaper to just buy a new washer.

We have crash compactor that was not a us product and not in the sears product coverage. Bret did work with us to provide a work around to get the compactor back to at least a usable position as we requested
