He did a great job!
Elliot did a great job and fixed the refrigerator. It is really not good though that we had to wait over a month for the appointment, even though we had the parts and called in several times as instructed to verify that the parts had arrived and to check for a sooner appointment. We were told to keep calling back because they told us they "Expedited" our appointment. It was a big waste of our time to keep calling in because each time they made us verify the numbers on the part, etc...even though we had already done so. AND they never moved our appointment any sooner. Like I said it was over a month, which just should not happen. Sears is not doing a good job in the scheduling department. AND it was super difficult to reach a human being on the phone. We got the phone tree and then it would cut us off if we said were were calling about an existing service appointment. We had to say were calling about a NEW appointment and then it gave us a live person to talk to. Very irritating and frustrating company.

Great Repairman
During these times when everything is slow to get repaired it is wonderful to have a repairman that comes, checks things out and gets the job done fast and cheerfully. Hope he is with your company for a long time.
