Repairman arrived promptly when scheduled. Replaced entire water line to the ice maker with the new line that had arrived a few days before this second appointment. Somewhat complicated job but it was executed very professionally. Tested water system before putting everything back together as it had been, pushed the refrig back into place. No scratches on the wood floor. Just waiting for new ice cubes to drop into the bin! I would recommend Sears Service Repairs to do your repair work. Very knowledgeable. Thank you.

I now am waiting for a second repair on a Sear's refrigerator still a month away. I would gladly trade this one in for a smaller and normal running refrigerator that works longer than a year without needed repairs. M. Soden The Dalles, OR What good is this message block? Who will read this?
