Randal was the technician that arrived at my home he was very polite and friendly. He was able to spot the issue and got it fixed. I hope I don't have anymore appliance issues but if I do I hope they send Randal again. Sears is very lucky to have Randal working for them. He provides excellent customer service

He introduced himself he also mentioned he was from Sears here to fix my washer and dryer he asked me to show him what the issues were I did he solved the problem right away which I greatly appreciate it also he was very polite and nice told me what to do and not what to do so this wouldn't happen again with the knobs on the washer and the dryer very informative. I am very satisfied.

The repairman did a quick and good job. However there was a delay because the new parts wasn’t delivered in a timely manner. It took over 2 weeks for our repair to be completed!
