Gerald didn't take easy way out and say he couldn't remove melt from heating coil. He went to work with simplest of tools and did a thorough job. No residue left and no smell after.

David is the best!
Not only did he arrive earlier than I expected, but he also went right to work and solved my problem immediately with tools and knowhow to finish in less than an hour. Advice offered on drainage issues were gladly accepted and he delt with another issue I had not known about. All-in-all, it was a great service call, and I highly recommend David as a service technician for any of Sears appliance needs.

Would request his service again
Nathaniel was prompt and conscientious when he serviced our refrigerator. He was knowledgeable about our particular brand and provided resources for us to maintain this refrigerator in the future. He installed the piece quickly and was careful in making sure we were comfortable with what he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with refrigerator needs.

Buyer Beware
We used Sears to repair our dryer belt. We knew what the issue was, gave Sears model/serial number, and pictures. They Sent the tech out without any parts and then charged us $100 more than the high average price for the service. They 'waived' the diagnosis fee, but we basically paid that, the repair, and then some. It cost us 50% of a new dryer to replace a belt. Sears will probably never will enter our home again - priced too high and not organized enough to send parts requiring multiple visits. Both techs were nice people and knowledgeable - reason for 5 stars. Sears would Have received one or two stars for their business. Also, Sears is completely AI and will not be able To speak to someone - only computer until a tech reaches your home.
