Kurtis was very polite, examined the washer and was very knowledgeable about the washer and what might be going on. Took it apart worked on it and put it back together. It took him a while. I was worried about the price of the repair, but I was surprised how reasonable it was. I know parts are expensive but his labor was unbelievable for the price. Thank you.
