Well, the washing machine took a while to get fixed. It took a little too long I think because I also have a freezer that has been canceled twice and still has to be diagnosed and I’m not very happy with that area of service. The technician was great very nice and personable, you guys need to hire more help because people shouldn’t wait for a month or wait that long to get there appliances fixed.

Was told I would get $150.00 off if I purchased home warranty, said ok let me talk to my wife. Decided to go with home warranty, the person said I couldn't get that $150.00 off because I didn't do when tech was here. Had to order parts anyway. 3 switches for microwave door for $611.00 is friggin ridiculous
