Ryan was an awesome technician, knowledgeable, answered all my questions on the proper way to load the washer for best results. I'm really not a fan of AI technology because the length of time it takes to get appliance fixed. Instead of being a priority customer when you finally get the parts you need. You have to get back in line again. And wait for a later date before your service is completed. And the technician has to much of an area to cover in a day. That's why my first appointment got canceled due to the technician running out of time. Otherwise it was a good experience. Sometimes you have to talk to a human. To get things straightened out.

I was not able to be at the house at the time of the appointment but my brother-in-law was there and he said everything went well and the technician was really good

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly when was at my residence. As far as overall experience with Sears it was not good. I took 3 days off work and canceled all 3 of my appointments. It took a 4th scheduled appointment to fix the equipment. It he customer service in my opinion was not good. Technician was great though.
