Joe was very good, one of the better repair / service people we have encountered. The refrigerator had no wiring diagram for the control panel, which was a problem as Joe was trying to diagnose the problem. Joe kept testing and exploring possible solutions and did provided an honest opinion of the cost to repair. Would welcome Joe at anytime to service our appliances.
