The repair of my gas dryer was as easy and as pleasant as could be possible. The scheduling was at my convenience and VERY timely. The repairman gave me a heads up on when he would arrive, and then texted me as he was on his way to the house. On arrival he was outgoing, very efficient in the diagnosis of the problem and fully informative about what was wrong and how he would fix it - on my approval. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. He double-checked the performance of the appliance after the repair. He cleaned the area before he left and even checked the outside dryer vent to avoid any unexpected problems. FIVE STAR performance.
