Better than the Best
Only one in Sear appliance repair that would go the extra mile to order parts, and complete the repair. Order parts for full repair that the former 1st, tech on his fourth visit wouldn't put in correctly. Prior tech - total waste of my time. One the fifth visit, 'Willa' as in the third visit ordered, and now #5 reordered, and on the #6 visit, totally (with great thanx), totally tore down the machine, replaced the expired parts, that the 1st,2nd,4th visit tech wouldn't do. With great appreciation for the clarity, direct service, very kind in understanding the misapplication of Willa's first parts order, and those omissions that still on the 5th and cured with the second set of like/same prior ordered parts, actually installed was needed. She had the backbone, knowledge and skill to do the repair task at hand completely, quickly with finally. After a total of six (6) visits by Sear's Appliance repair tech who sprayed WD40 twice, did an incomplete repair on visit #4. Willa said from visit #3 replace a bearing in the dryer, ultimately Re-Ordering, and doing the final, (my last and successful), #6 visit correctly completing the task. With thanx and much appreciation, my dryer works great. As for the former tech and his three former visits, Train that guy on how to do his job. If in the future, I have problems, I will insist, that guy never, ever enters my home for a repair! That bad, and she's that great! GOT IT !
