Joseph was kind. I explained that I was not sure our last help call was resolved because I thought the repairman would return after he told me to go to Home Depot to get the new part. I thought he would return to make sure it was installed correctly. He said that he would change this call because was not a new service but a resolution of another call that hadn't been completed. He thought I would not get a bill. But right on time you guys want your money. So if I have to pay, I will pay it but I will cancel my contract at the same time. I may be old but I recognize when I'm being taken advantage of.

Greg was great. He came the first time to figure out the issue and ordered parts. He was very professional and efficient. I appreciated that he ordered all the switches that might need replacing so it didn’t take multiple trips/orders to repair. The parts did not arrive in time for the second appointment to fix but was quickly communicated and the repair was rescheduled quickly after the parts were due to arrive. Greg communicated his arrival times well. Thanks for a great job !
