Ryan Trimmer was the technician assigned to come out and fix our dryer. Within minutes he had diagnosed and corrected the problem with parts available on his truck. He was very personable and transparently explained everything which I appreciated. He cleaned up and we were quickly back in business. Ryan then explained the Warranty and Credit Card situation and how we could save quite a bit upon signing up. We agreed to go forward and he attempted to sign us up. What followed was 2 hours of chaos. Ryan could not connect to the system that allowed us to register for the credit card, no matter what he tried. Over and over his attempts produced a message saying there was a problem please try again later. There was no work around. He made several calls that were either not answered due to it being the weekend or not having a path on the automated call systems. He tried so many ways and we felt so bad for him. Ultimately we had to give up due to time constraints. Ryan deserves so much credit for not giving up but it was not fair that there was no available support for him. In that, you lost a Credit Card sale.

I was very impressed with the quick response to my issue. The technician was very knowledgeable about my problem. Unfortunately the cost of repair to a 10+ year old refrigerator was 1/2 of the cost of a brand new one. I declined the repair.
