I was very impressed with the quick response to my issue. The technician was very knowledgeable about my problem. Unfortunately the cost of repair to a 10+ year old refrigerator was 1/2 of the cost of a brand new one. I declined the repair.

Joseph was our technician who checked our Refrigerator today and he was GREAT!! He checked the entire refrigerator. He explained everything that he was checking as he went along and answered my questions, which was very nice of him too!! He was professional, and courteous being mindful of vacuuming up stray particles to keep the floor clean, which I truly appreciated. So glad we had Joseph as our technician today, but he hasn't been the only great technician that has come out to service this Refrigerator - All our technicians have treated us with dignity and respect and we have appreciated the terrific service we have received over the years. Thanks Joseph and all the technicians who helped in the past as well. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
