Easy to schedule an appointment although it is online only. Appointment was within a few days of break down. Was asked questions thru AI on what issue was so they could have parts as needed. Unfortunately that did not work too well, unit needed a board that was replaced a few months earlier from another warranty repair company. So they needed to order the part and ship it to us and they scheduled a follow up repair appointment for when the part was to be delivered. (Which never confirmed b/c part showed up late in the day.) I had to reschedule the appointment for the next day. I received a confirmation and a text that tech had two calls and should be here estimated time around 1:15...received a follow-up that now it would 4pm...and another text at 4:45 that tech would not make it and it was rescheduled for the following day. Everything is automated there is no one to call but communication was good. Tech came today arpund 11am and completed the job in courteous and professional manner.
