Technician was great. Seemed more like a good neighbor. I received instructions for the stove, not accurately listed in the manual. Manual stated to activate the stove clock press cook time pad. Wrong. Plus, manual did not state to hold timer/clock pad until clock settings begin. How would I describe the price I paid, that depends on how long the stove lasts. If it lasts over 30 years like the one it replaced, I would have no problem with the cost.
