Phil did a great job getting our dryer back up and heating properly. We were his last service call of the day and he arrived after 6 pm when. Instead of rushing to get the job, he took his time, found the problem, ensure the unit was vacuumed clean, replaced the part and service checked the unit. Very professional and a nice man. He represents Sears Appliance Repair well. Recommend.
