He replaced the heating element in the 13 month old dryer but it still will not heat to dry clothes. He checked the voltage coming from the 220 outlet and said the voltage was low and said to have the breaker replaced and that would take care of the problem. Can't get anyone out to replace it until next week. I hope he's right.
