Jacob from Sears Home Warranty was outstanding. From start to finish, he was professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect the work that had been done previously, explained what he was seeing in clear and understandable terms, and answered every question without rushing. What stood out most was his attention to detail and honesty. He wasn’t just trying to “get it running”—he focused on whether the unit was safe, compliant, and properly repaired. His assessment was thoughtful and gave us real confidence in his conclusions. It’s rare to find a technician who combines technical expertise with clear communication and professionalism the way Jacob does. We genuinely appreciated his approach and would absolutely trust him again in the future. Sears is fortunate to have someone like him representing them.

The AI portion of the experience - keeping me up to date on where the technician is, status, etc - is very off. While the tech was working on my dishwasher, I got an AI phone call saying that he should be at my house in the next hour. Awkward. The human portion of the experience was great - courteous and clear. He shared some tips on how to prevent the issue from happening in the future.
