The technician Ezekiel was very knowledgeable empathetic and friendly. I highly recommend this company for appliance repair. The only thing I don’t like about the company is their customer service, I tried to call them to speak with a human being to request the written report and got nowhere, very frustrating. You cannot get a hold of a human being everything is handled by AI. I hope I can get my report soon.

Zeke did a thorough job. We both were faced with frustrations as LG sent the wrong part twice. But he handled the situation professionally and kindly. My washer is now reassembled with the correct part. I highly recommend Zeke as a perfect technician.

Zeke was very patient and thorough with our recent dishwasher issue. Our GE dishwasher was showing an H2O error and he tried two different parts before we determined that it was also a control board issue. At that point the repairs were more than the machine was worth, so the technician refunded the price of the parts and the labor (labor was going to be pretty expensive at around $300). We were just charged a diagnostic fee even though it took the technician three visits to determine the problem.
