Technician was fine....nice..the whole problem was and still is that he ordered both valves and only one showed up ....every time your company sent out an update...I responded back every time that we still didn't receive the second valve...it seems like your company wants to charge whoever they charge for the service call and Technician time and labor a double charge for some reason when it could have been avoided from the beginning and getting the second valve ordered again because you had plenty of time to get it because you knew about it from my responses to your email
