The service technician was professional and quickly fixed our dryer. This repair was performed under Sears protection agreement administered by Transform Sears Home Services LLC. Dealing with Transform has been a nightmare. Since we purchased the service agreement, we've been unable to talk to a person. All repair requests go through an 800 number and an AI assistant. Follow-up communications (e.g., reminders, cancellations) occur by text message or email. We had multiple appointments suddenly cancelled without explanation by the AI assistant. It took two months to get our dryer repaired. It would have taken longer but I found the technician's phone number from a previous visit and I contacted him when our 5/22 appointment was cancelled by the AI assistant. He told us that he did not cancel our appointment and that we were not on his repair list. He then helped us schedule a service appointment for 5/23. It took him less than 30 minutes to fix our dryer. If it wasn't for his help, I'd still be without a working dryer.
